Because we believe that all children need to know about the saving power of God’s Son, Jesus Christ. This program allows us to share the love of Jesus with the children of our community. To learn more about Upward, visit their website, upward.org

Upward is more than just another basketball league. It is a program that promotes character and self-esteem  in your child by helping them improve their basketball skills and build a relationship with Jesus. We make every effort to create equal teams and  allowing every child equal playing time.

Upward is more that a game. Your child will have fun learning or improving their sport specific skills through Upward. Participating in this league will give your child a chance to experience good sportsmanship on and off the court. While playing or cheering for Upward Basketball, your child will also receive a special recognition  star after every game and have the opportunity to develop new friendships.

partner with parents

Children are very important to us here at NapNaz. It is our desire to partner with parents to build a strong spiritual foundation for their children. Through a variety of classes and activities, we give children the opportunity to come to know God and His Son, Jesus, personally and develop a life-long relationship with them. We want kids to:

  • TRUST GOD TOTALLY-- We want our children to see how strong and big and faithful and loving our God is. We want to help them recognize how He is working in their lives everyday.
  • LOVE OTHERS FULLY-- The Bible is filled with stories about how God has loved and blessed His people. Sharing these stories with our kids helps them understand these stories and learn how God wants them to live as His disciples. This means loving one another and making good choices.
  • KNOW JESUS PERSONALLY--God loves us so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for us. We want to share the love of God with our children and teach them how to become children of God.

We help children learn these spiritual truths through a variety of activities. Learning about God is a wonderful, fun, life-changing adventure!
